What it costs

No monthly fee, no setup fee, no contract. You're charged when you sell something, and not otherwise. Cash and comps are always free.

Card processing is inside those numbers - there is no second fee from Stripe on top. At the door costs less because a tapped card genuinely costs less to run, and we pass that on. Anything at or under $3.00 is a flat $0.50, because a percentage plus a fixed fee looks absurd on a $2.00 raffle ticket. No single sale is ever charged more than $400.00.

Invoices

Billing a venue, a sponsor or a corporate client. A $500.00 invoice costs $26.25 paid by card, or $5.00 paid by bank transfer. Bank is 1%, at least $2.00 and never more than $50.00, so it is the cheaper rail for anything large and the one we put first on every invoice of $200.00 or more.

Who pays it

Your choice, per organization. Add the fee on top so the buyer pays it, absorb it so your advertised price is what they're charged, or split it. Whatever you pick shows on the checkout, the receipt and the invoice the same way.

Getting paid

Money goes to your own Stripe account, not ours - you are the merchant, you own the refunds, and payouts land in your bank on Stripe's schedule. The people you book connect their own accounts the same way, so you can pay an instructor or a DJ straight through.
